This Privacy Policy applies to the Lifestyle List mobile application and related services operated by IGLA SP Z O O (the “Service Provider”).
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 4 September 2026.
What information does the Application obtain?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. IGLA does not retain this information or use it for tracking.
Precise location information
Lifestyle List does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Do third parties receive information?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, IGLA does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
Lifestyle List does not require user accounts, does not create server-side user profiles, and does not keep a server-side history of ordinary in-app activity.
Custom lists, task items, completion states, theme choices, favorites, pinned lists, streaks, recent activity history, statistics, reminder settings, sort preferences, reduced-animation preferences, and related settings stored locally on your device remain under your control and are not retained by IGLA as personal data on its servers.
If you voluntarily contact IGLA outside normal app use, for example by email, information you provide may be retained only as needed to respond to your request, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
Where Lifestyle List stores lists, tasks, completion history, favorites, themes, streaks, statistics, reminders, sorting preferences, reduced-animation settings, or similar information locally on your device, you can remove that information using controls available in the Application, by clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application.
If you voluntarily provided personal information to IGLA outside normal app use, such as by sending an email, you may request deletion by contacting support@igla.space. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law. IGLA does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because Lifestyle List does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data through IGLA systems is limited. No technical system is completely secure, and reasonable safeguards are applied to systems and any information lawfully held.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to IGLA, appropriate steps and notifications will be provided where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
IGLA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to IGLA and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
